A singer born in Krasnodar, Russia, in 1956 in the family of Polish-Russian roots. Her grandfather Nicolas was sentenced to a mandatory stay in Siberia region because of his unsympathetic attitude to the tsar. Her mother, a Cossack, used to sing at home. Ludmila, being only two years old, was already singing at home parties being highly appreciated by her audience. Her first repertoire involved songs sang by her mother - mainly Russian, Gypsy, Cossack, Ukrainian songs. She decided to study at a local educational music academy, in the years 1972-1976. Later, being already a teacher, she attended Music High School, studying in vocal class (1976-1980).

After 1980, she worked as a singer in philharmonic groups in Krasnodar and Chabarowsk. She settled in Poland in 1994 where continued her career as a singer. She has always continued the tradition of singing Russian and Gypsy romance songs ion original languages.
