Hoang Xuan Binh an activist in promotion and establishing economical contact with Polish and foreign partners, especially concerned with elevating the prestige and developing the Leszno Wola region. He offers many workplaces not only for Vietnamese workers but also Polish ad other nationalities in Poland.
Hoang Xuan Binh graduated from the Higher School of Pedagogy in Hanoi. He came to Poland in 1988, here he got his Ph. D at the Warsaw University. In 1995-1998 he worked in the Education Study Institute in Warsaw.
Hoang Xuan Binh is the president of the ASG Trade Centre in Wolka Kosowska, and the president of the Vietnamese Business Association in Poland
