Helena Amiradżibi-Stawińska was born on the 23rd of September 1932 in Tbilisi. Screenwriter and film director.   She comes from na aristocratic Georgian family. Author of feature and documentary films, she has created numerous report and educational movies for the Warsaw Documentary Films Studio. She has cooperated with Jerzy Stefan Stawiński, who was also her husband. She is also an author of two books. The first one, titled "The Sweet Life of a Princess" is an autobiography and was published in 1996. The second book: " The Anti-Cook Book" was published in 2007. Her movie "Test Pilots" was awarded in 1960 r. at the Venice Film Festival.
