Mural was made by Darek Paczkowski / 3Fala.art.pl on 11th November 2009 on a building located on 11 listopada (it is Polish word for November) Street. The author decided to celebrate the Polish Independence Day and, at the same time, remind about the situation in Belarus, Tibet and Chechnya.
