Czeska Baszta - there it is, a truly atmospheric alehouse, like the ones in the Prague of Bohumil Hrabal times, located in one of the turrets of the Poniatowski bridge. This tiny, cosy place offers a wide choice of fresh, golden beverage brewed by our Southern neighbours, as well as some delicious snacks.
The style of Czecho-Slovakian "hospoda" (a tavern) dominates in Baszta. The greatest hits flow through the speakers and visitors from Czech Republic and Slovakia are the regulars, which intensifies the peculiarly-special atmosphere of the place.
