Bierhalle ia not an ordinary restaurant but the idea of connecting perfect beer (brewed in the Restaurant) with delicious Bavarian cuisine and also with a high quality service. Everything is inspired by Polish and Bavarian brewers' the experience. What is a special attraction of Bierhalle is the possibility of observing the whole process of brewing the beer.

Beer in Bierhalle is brewed in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot Edict (The Law of Purity) from 1516. which orders to produce beer only from four ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast and only in glass brewery.
