The School is mainly focused on the dance bharatanatjam which is one of the dozen or so classical types of Indian dance (kuchipudi, kathak, odissi, manipuri, mohiniattam, bharatanayam). During the classes are taught techniques of the dance, its history, necessary information about the mythology and tradition of performing. Also skills necessary to put on the difficult make-up, tie the dance sari and dress up the scene costume for bharatanatjam. There is also a possibility to have a dance costume sewed from the original Indian materials. There can be chosen also classes of traditional Indian folk dances and more modern choreographies with the accompaniment of music from Bollywood films besides classes of bharatanatjam.

The School is led by Anna Łopatowska graduated from State Music Secondary School of H. Wieniawski in Łódź and also from State Theathre School of A. Zelwerowicz in Warsaw. In the years 1982-83 she studied in Kerala Kalamandalam Academy of Arts the art of kudijattam under the direction of masters: Padmasree Mani Madhawa Chakkiara, Shiven Nambudiri and Kalamandalam Girija Devi Vijayakumar. Only few foreigners have received a chance to get to know with the most sacred traditions Kerala Kerala Kalamandalam Academy of Arts.

She has been leading dance classes in her Nataraja School for ten years. Her group, also Nataraja, has been performing during the charity ball of Synapsis Foundation, Kayah’s TV concert, at The Global Village event during Refugees’ Day, also for an invitation of Indian Embassy during Warsaw Multicultural Week and at International Cooperation Forum One World – Many Cultures.
