Fundacja Inna Przestrzeń (The Other Space Foundation) announces the contest for the best short film shot in the Caucasus region. The film will be selected by the audience during the film review at the festival of cultures of Caucasus - Transkaukazja 2009. Films can be submitted until 24th June 2009. Rules and regulations:
1. The contest is open for individuals and companies.
2. Films have to be shot in Caucasus region.
3. Any candidate can submit maximum 3 works.
4. The length of any film cannot be longer than 15 minutes.
5. Films can be shot in any filming technique.
6. All the works have to be submitted on DVDs (PAL).
7. Every DVD has to have a clear description including:
- Title of the film
- Place and year of the production
- Author's name and surname
- Country of origin and age of the author
8. Taking part in this competition provides Fundacja Inna Przestrzeń (The Other Space Foundation) the right to show the work during the festival.

Criteria of the selection:
Movie has to be set in Caucasus.
Organizers will choose the best movies among all entries.
The best movie will be selected by the festival audience.

Deadlines and conditions of submission:
All the work has to be sent it by 24th June 2009 with a postscript 'Konkurs na film krótki metraż - Transkaukazja 2009' to:

Along with the work the author should also send in a signed statement (if under 18, signed by the parent or guardian) giving the organizers permission to show/promote the work during the Transkaukazja festival.

The best films will be presented during the Festival.
