The second edition of Multicultural Warsaw Street Party also involves King and Queen of the Parade Contest – the most interesting and original dressed participants of the parade. The contest is open for everyone who is familiar with creativity, courage, inventiveness and simply – fun. Awards for the best!
The Contest is also a reason to organise free workshops of preparing costumes and masks which are led by a miscellaneous Lithuanian artist Linas Domarackas. The workshops will take place on Sunday, 24th August, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
During the workshops one can learn how to make masks and decorate clothes in cold and hot batik style.
The workshops are organised by Catherine Kasima Kanda, Linas Domarackas and Continent Warsaw - Warsaw of Many Cultures portal team.
