Everything is possible so no matter the latitude hot climate in Warsaw has been already ordered - by African shamans, Arab wizards and Latin dancers.

The hottest temperature will appear in Depozyt 44 music club where Continent Warsaw portal is going to celebrate its first birthday. Continent Warsaw (Kontynent Warszawa) is a very special space where many cultures meet and summing up they create something more than just a review of single cultures present on the map of Warsaw. It's a fascinating variety and discovering its new aspects every day.

Continent Warsaw portal's birthday is an unusual occasion to present a little part of the variety - during one night you will be taken for an extraordinary journey in the rhythms of Africa, the Middle East and India as well as Latin America. Programme:
  • a concert by a Senegalese group Djolof-Man
  • a concert by Adiós: hot latino rhythms mixed with reggae and ska
  • dance workshops - lead by Salsa Libre dance school instructors - Klaudia and Jacenty
  • djembe workshops and drum jam sessnion - prepared by music agency Niezła Agentka.pl
  • visualisations and slideshows: performances by Cuban artists from Omni_zonafranca group and a slideshow with photos taken while working on the documentary 'Alamar Express. El Hombre Nuevo', on her staying in Cuba and the film talks Patrycja Satora - the director
  • visualisations and slideshows: events organized by Continent Warsaw team: African Unity Day, Syrian Warsaw, Multicultural Street Party, Vietnamese Warsaw, Continent: India - Inonesia
  • Sztuka Etiopska (Ethiopian Art): traditional crafts and dresses, jewellery as well as books, sculptures
  • yerba-cupboard: presentation of infusing yerba mate and its degustation prepared by yerbamarket.com
  • Arab cuisine by Habibi restaurant
  • Ethiopian cuisine - yndzera (a traditional Ethiopian cake) filled with lentil, vegetables, cabbage or with meat sauce - kej uot with berberie, a characteristic for Ethiopia spice
  • Caucasian stall
  • Brasilian stall - prepared by Stowarzyszenie Kultury Brazylijskiej
  • Indian stall - prepared by Stowarzyszenie Shamiana and Basu Group
  • DJ party with the best African: DJ Steve, Arab: DJ Ela Krawczyk and Indian as well as Latin music sets: DJ Marcos, DJ GringoLoco
  • and many more high lights and surprises
