The project 'Cine en Construcción' (Cinema Under Construction) is an idea of people involved in works on International Film Festival in San Sebastián-Donostia, Rencontres de Cinema d’Amerique Latine in Toulouse and Instituto Cervantes. The project is to present independent full length films from Latin America. The project has been developing since 2002 and this year edition in Kino.Lab (CSW-CCA) takes place from 27th to 31st October. There are going to be shown during this year edition:
