Do you want to improve your listening skills and understand other people more easily? Have you read a book about the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and wonder how to apply it in everyday life? Or maybe you do not know the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) at all, but you miss being heard and would love to make contact with people who share the same values as you (honesty, empathy, connection and openness)? I invite you to join the empathy group in Warsaw that will be run in English! How is it going to look like? We will meet to increase the knowledge of empathic listening and to practice giving and receiving empathy among trusted people. We will work in plenary and in smaller groups and in pairs. During my workshops I mainly use active methods, involving all participants. Come and see if this is something for you! When: Every Friday (except 24 November), 18:00-20:00 Where: ul. Smolna 32 lok. 17, Warsaw Cost: I will ask you to share the costs of the working room (approximately 15-20 zł per person) and add voluntary contribution based on your possibilities and willingness. I also invite people to take care about their needs by setting clear goals and achieving them. My work is based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) created by Marshall B. Rosenberg, non-formal learning methods and on Coaching for Transformation approach. I got to know Nonviolent Communication in 2010. I delivered workshops for the Nobody's Children Foundation, participants of the Festival PROGRESSteron, students of the Maria Grzegorzewska University and open groups of participants. Since June 2017 every Thursday I run empathy group in Polish. My intercultural experience: for five months I was living in London. I have also almost ten years experience in international cooperation (I was coordinating training strategy in a European Commision programme for NGOs). Apart from Nonviolent Communication I am passionate about playing drums (African djembe and Brazilian surdo), board games and meeting people from other countries. I am also part of an informal group "Czego Najbardziej?!". Kontakt: If you have any questions, please, contact me: This email address is being protected from spambots.
