Foundation's creed is “Perhaps you have a different opinion than we do – and that's it!” - under this motto since 2004 Arteria carries out projects of idea and act exchange that stimulate discussion. It works both in the immediate vicinity and on the European level.
The foundation carries out interdisciplinary projects and theatre plays as well as initiates and runs social projects. It organizes the Film Festival “Cinema in Five Flavours”.
The Art Foundation Arteria actively engages in activities for the benefit of Vietnamese community in Poland. Projects such as “Podróż do Azji” (“Journey to Asia”) or “Wiet Nam Gra” set new standards of social work in the borderland of cultures by applying creative methods of animation.
Arteria organized several theatre plays such as Sallinger, Przyjacielowi, który nie uratował mi życia. It works with Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego (the Museum of Warsaw Uprising), Dom Spotkań z Historią (History Meeting House) and other organisations. It engages in activities against discrimination and homophobia.
It is currently working to open a café in the Warsaw district of Grochów.
