Katia Roman-Trzaska and Valerie Colloredo, who are the founders of Little Chef, are two friends and women passionate about tasty and healthy food.
Each women wants to demonstrate to children their own cuisine traditions - Valerie helps children to discover tastes of French cuisine and thanks to Katia kids get an opportunity to learn more about American melting pot cuisine and also about Polish dishes.
