Julia Bui - Ngoc & Mai Bui - Ngoc. Mai Bui - Ngoc – camera operator, film director, architect. She graduated from the Architecture Department of the Warsaw University of Technology and is currently studying at the Warsaw Academy of Film and Television. She is a multiple champion of France in Chinese martial arts (kung-fu wu-shu). She used to work at the Jems Architekci office and received many awards and honourable mentions in architectural contests. She is also interested in video art and short films. Her visual works are partially inspired by many world journeys and years of experience gathered during her work as an architect.
Julia Bui - Ngoc – dancer, sculptor, choreographer, director. She is a multiple champion of France in Chinese martial arts (kung-fu wu-shu). She graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (audiovisual studio of Grzegorz Kowalski). For a few years she studied at the Ballet School in Łódź. She worked as a choreographer in theatres, on film and music video sets. For a few she worked at the Gardzienice theatre. She created over a dozen video works and theatre plays and founded the Combat Fan Dance School. Her works were presented i. a. at the Center for Contemporary Art in Warsaw, the National Museum in Prague as part of the Prague Quadrennial Festival and the Society for the Encouragement of the Fine Arts in Lublin.
