"LitMuzIn" - first informal, Russian-speaking Art Group in Warsaw created spontaneously in spring 2008. It unites artists who live in Warsaw and create in Russian. Among them, there are representatives of former Soviet Union countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Abkhazia). It unites musicians, poets, writers, comedians and various performace groups. They never limit themselves to just one literary or music genre, that's why their concerts are a mixture of songs, poems, prose, epigrams, personal quotations and parodies, sometimes melancholic, sometimes funny. The group plans to create a Russian-speaking band. Since 2009 the group has been organizing the literary-poetic-musical evenings as a part of the "Sputnik nad Warszawą" ("Sputnik over Warsaw") festival and as a part of their own initiatives. The group performs both their own songs and the classics of the Russian romances. They recite poems, prose, sing operatic pieces, perform cabaret numbers, tell jokes. The evenings are mainly in Russian, sometimes in Polish, Ukrainian, Belarusian, and others.
