He comes from Mexico and studied playing viola da gamba and violone in Koninklijk Conservatorium in Haga in the class under mentoring of Wieland Kuijken, Margaret Urqhart and Philippe Pierlota as well as Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse Lyon where his mentor was Marianne Muller. He is known in Warsaw as a member of two music projects: Plastilina Sound System and Dark Mooppets.


Plastilina Sound System is a music project which was inspired by a pure love to rock'n'roll music with a Latin touch coming from the land of the origin of the Mexican DJ duo that Plastilina is consisted of: Cesar Puebla (DJ Droga) and Daniel Zorzano (DJ Zovek).
Among music they play is: Mano Negra, Manu Chao, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Costo Rico, Los Amigos Invisibles, Los Rodriguez, Andres Calamaro, La maldita Vecindad, Cafe Tacuba, Los de Abajo, Bersuit, Lost Acapulco, Los Autenticos Decadentes, and many, many more famous Latin-American music stars.

Dark Mooppets is a joint project by Daniel Zorzano and Warsaw music producer DJ Lux. In thier dynamic sets and live acts the duo plays minimal electro and rhythms derived from cumbia, samba, bossa-nova but also they include avant-garde sounds of keyboards. Their music is compared to Ricardo villalobosa, Luciano or Gui Boratto.
