He was born in Moscow on 13th March, 1946. A painter and a scenographer. He has graduated from High Theatral School at Moscow Academic Artistic Theatre of Anton Chehov. He works and creates in Warsaw. He has presented his works in Poland since 1991 – at many individual and group exhibitions. His works have been also exhibited in Russia, Canada, Germany, France, Austria, USA. He deals with oil painting and bas-relief. However, most of his works are created in the technique that is unique for the artists named 'ach-art' – derived from his initials. The technique involves using tights and paint which is laid on already formed spatial sketch. The result is a precise painting and although embedded in the frames – having no contact with the background.
