He was born on 24th April 1967 in Lithuania.

In 1974-1985 he attended the 11-class School of Art in Šiauliai (Lithuania). He graduated in 1985 in watercolour. In 1988-1991 he studied watercolour under the direction of Birute Gilytė in Vilnius. In 1991-1994 he studied at the Faculty of Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

His versatile artistic works involve drawing, graphic, painting, sculpture, as well as projects of small-scale sculpture forms (amulets), theatrical scenography and various kinds of illustrations, together with posters.

His works are in private collections in Poland, Lithuania, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, Philippines, Cambodia, Canada, Venezuela, the USA, Norway.
