Bliss Garden is a Chinese restaurant where the main cook is Sun Guojun. Opened in 2005, Bliss Garden now has two premises - on Twarda St. and on Boczna St. (in the Mariensztat Square). The cuisine of Bliss Garden is mainly based on Chuan - Sichuan (sharp, spicy garlic flavour) and Lu - Shandong (a mix of different sauces with slightly sweet taste). Besides, vegetarian and seafood dishes are based on the Yue - Kanton cuisine (mild flavour with sesame oil) so that you can feel the fresh and delicate taste of food.
