After granting His Holiness Dalai Lama the title of Honorary Citizen of Warsaw in May and before handing in the award in July 2009 the Foundation Other Space together with the artistic group 3fala.art.pl created one of the biggest graffiti works next to the planned Roundabout of (Free) Tibet as a part of the City Doping Festival. Almost 100 people were painting a 100-meter-long mural for three days.
In 2010 thee works were created on posts under the overpass as a part of Graffiti Festival organized by the Management of Municipal Roads. In following years we want to invite graffiti artists to help create the first open gallery in the world which would present the most important symbols connected to the Tibetan culture and tradition.

The gallery will be followed by workshops for young people regarding street art and its use in social activities. We want to create in Wola a modern and vivid gallery which would constantly remind the residents of Warsaw of Tibet.

We co-organize the Tibetan Gallery Project with Foundation KLAMRA and group 3fala.art.pl. The artistic director of the gallery is Dariusz Paczkowski.

The gallery’s aims are:
- to educate the residents of Warsaw about Tibet, its culture, history and current situation,
- to create a new place on the cultural map of Warsaw
- to show that it is possible to create a legal graffiti in the urban space
- to integrate the residents of Wola district
