Famous Vietnamese chefs from the best-known Vietnamese bar from the 10th-Anniversary Stadium invite everyone to the whole new, culinary world at Bracka 18.

They opened their first bar at the 10th-Anniversary Stadium in 2005. Their specialty were typical Vietnamese dishes, sold in Vietnam in street bars, hence at first their best customers were Vietnamese. The rumours about famous ‘Vietnamese soup’ available at the stadium began to attract to Nam Sajgon more and more people, foreigners living in Warsaw as well as many Poles.

At that time Nam Sajgon became a place where residents of Warsaw could taste real Vietnamese cuisine, so much different from what they could get at the Far Eastern fast-food stands. They served a true pho soup (with rice pasta, sprouts, herbs and meat), nuts soup, tofu, snails or bun cha (grilled meat dipped in slightly sour soup-sauce served with rice pasta, herbs and spring rolls). Nam Sajgon also offered raw spring rolls or fruit and sweet bean cocktails (in spring and summer) which was not common in other Vietnamese bars in Warsaw.

Its unique menu and unpretentious atmosphere gave all the bars at the 10th-Anniversary Stadium the nomination for the award Wdechy 2009.

In the new local on Bracka street the chefs guarantee the same quality of food and unforgettable atmosphere which attracts crowds to the Stadium, especially in Sunday afternoons. Menu is going to be gradually expanded and dishes still not familiar to the customers from various parts of Vietnam will appear.
