Adler Blue specializes in Austrian and Bavarian cuisine. There are served pork chops with mushrooms in cream, Munich sausages with sweet mustard, Bismarck's plate of cheese, Brie or Camembert cheese fried with berries, Feinschmecker salad in the Restaurant. Adler Blue, as the only restaurant in Blue City Shopping Mall runs its beer garden outside the Mall.
