Centre of World Cultures was set up to promote traditional world cultures, knowledge about them and art which they inspire. One of its founders is Kuba Pogorzelski, percussionalist and creator of the first drum playing school “Strefa Rytmu” (Rhythm Zone).
The place is created by musicians, dancers, travellers and before all by people for whom getting to know new cultures is a life passion.

Dance classes start in October. It is going to be a chance to learn not only traditional ethnic dance styles from West Africa and India but also modern dance styles inspired by other cultures such as combat fan dance.
