A group of Israeli Dance enthusiasts who organise workshops of circle dances. The Hebrew word 'yachad' means 'together' and refers to the common passion for dancing and willingness to share it with the others.
Most of Israeli dances were created only in the recent times, however are derived from Bible times.
Almost every single dance has its author - a choreographer. Choreographies are created for a particular style of music and are composed of repetitive sequences of steps.
Israeli dances have different levels of difficulty. They are performed in circles, in lines and in pairs. Dute to historical conditions connected with the migration of people, the dances have diverse music, from the Klezmer music through the inspirations from Greek, Balkan and Turkish music, to finish with the modern hip-hop sounds.

The Jews, returning to Israel from different parts of the world, brought with them the wealth of music and dance of the countries they had lived in. That is why, in the Israeli dances, one may find musical and choreographic inspirations from almost all of the world. Israeli dances are performed globally by people of different races, religions and professions. Thanks to the wide musical diversity, and thanks to the different levels of difficulty, those dances have an enermous potential and everyone may find something for themselves. Israeli dances are a huge dose of positive energy which one may draw from dancing with others.
