Fundacja Mevlana (Mevlana Foundation) was founded 7th April, 2009 by Turkish community living for many years in Poland. The name of the Foundation derives from the name of Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi (known also as Rumi) who was one of the greatest Persian poets as well as a Islamic jurist, theologian and mystic. Aims of the Foundation:
  • intercultural dialogue,
  • scholarships,
  • education (Turkish language courses).
