The inspiration for establishing such an association was the interest in the country which has existed for over 2 500 years and its history has involved three empires. The inspiration was also the contemporary history of Iran.
The aim of the Association is to deepen friendly Polish-Iranian relations thanks to providing information about Persian culture, history and achievements of Iranian culture, economy and politics.
