Polish-Norwegian Association was founded at the end of 1950s as an initiative of a few Varsovians and since its beginnings the Association has had a social profile. The main aims of the Association inform about striving to deepen the knowledge of the two countries and societies:
  • to undertake activities for developing and cultivating friendly Polish-Norwegian relations and also for cultural, scientific, technical and economic cooperation between Poland and Norway
  • to provide information about history, culture and everyday life of Norwegian society
