Circle dances are dances known in many countries and cultures. They are mainly traditional or based on sequences derived from traditional dances but they also could be modern choreographies. There are Irish, Greek, Israeli, Russian and many more traditions among circle dances. Circle dances are usually done in a circle without partners to musical accompaniment. They can be energetic and lively or gentle and reflective - up to the tradition they are derived. One of the great advantages of these dances are simple steps that could be learnt very fast.
