Goo Ba, actually  Mamadou Bâ a Senegal  an actor, playwright, choreographer, guitar player and singer who comes from Dakar. He’s also a member of the avant-garde artistic group: LaFabriks. 

The group is a theatre collective conducting a series of experiments concerning the term “voluntary freedom” (not only freedom by “participation”). They experiment with time, flow, rhythms in a theatre scenario, in order to connect art and everyday life. Goo Ba is fascinated with the classical oral literature of Western Africa, especially languages of pular and uolof – he illustrates it perfectly in his poetic-guitar introduction solos.
