Oleksandra Żurawel is a Ukrainian songster of Polish origin, she's been living in Poland for a dozen of years. At the beginning of her activity she was singing for a charity for children from poor families. She sings in every place of Poland and abroad with recitals dedicated to memory of Anna German. Oleksandra Żurawel is a finalist of International Festival "Dancing Eurydykas" ("Tańczące Eurydyki") in Zielona Góra.
She also sings russian romances, she's a laureate of 2nd place in International Festical "Without a passport" ("Bez paszportu") in Wasaw, which is organized by Antoni Muracki and she sings Ukrainian and Hebrew songs for shabbat (banquet songs).
She took part in XYIII Festical of National and Ethnic Minorities "Community in culture" ("Wspólnota w kulturze"). She tries her hand as an actress, she played in an episode of "7 days" ("7 dni") directed by Wojciech Smarzowski. Recently, she played in comedy series "I've the luck!" ("Ja to mam szczęście") and Afghani woman in Mission Afghanistan (Misja Afganistan).
