He is a highlander from Northern Iran. He was born in summer 1351 according to Iranian solar calendar.

He graduated from the Music Academy in Teheran. He specializes in playing nej (flute), tor (lute) and tombak (aka zarb, a percussion instrument). He has played nej since 1991 and after his graduating from the Academy,

He has been living in Poland since 2005.
