At the beginning of the year 2000, Reinaldo came to Poland and it was in May when he founded the group CALLE SOL performing salsa, rumba, son, timba, danzón, cha-cha-cha, caribeña, hip-hop as well as Latin- jazz and Latin-pop. The group had been very famous since its beginnings.
He studied playing the piano at Ruben Gonzalez’ during jam sessions in . Reinaldo also cooperated with the famous Sierra Maestra band with which he performed at many festivals in as well as South and . It was the leader of the group, Juan de Marcos Gonzales, who coordinated the project ‘’ from the Cuban side.
He moved to in 1986 to cooperate with the best Cuban bands and soloists. Searching for new solutions and new sounds he led Azucar Negra group which consisted of young, talented musicians and which soon gained respect of both Cuban and international audience. In 1996 Reinaldo was invited by the group Sierra Maestra to work on music to the film ‘Salsa’ as a pianist and an arranger.
Reinaldo Ceballo is also a highly acclaimed producer and author of arrangements and has been cooperated with such music companies as: Linea 1 (the ), Timba Records (), Bismusic EGREM ().
He also worked as a musician with Mietek Scześniak, Marcin Pospieszlaski, Kayah, Maciek Maleńczuk, Robert Chojnacki, with groups De Mono and Maanam.
He took part in recording the project Yugoton (arrangements and drums), the album of Blue Café band as well as the compilation Pozytywne Wibracje 6 - as a guest of the group Plastic.
He is also the leader of Olga Jackowska’s solo project - Kora Ola, Ola!
