Nguyen Quang Van is a restaurant owner, he owns a Van Binh restaurant chain, where he offers typically Vietnamese dishes. 

A Mechanical Engineering faculty graduate from the University in Dresden. He worked in the Vietnam Tourism Department, more particularly in years 1980-1990 he worked at a Hotel Thang Loi in Hanoi. He came to Poland in 1990 because he wanted to promote Vietnamese cuisine in Europe. He used to work in the once famous Vietnamese restaurant: Bong Sen located at Poznańska Street. In 1996 he opened his restaurant Van Binh which is located on the corner of Grójecka and Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920. He is very passionate about his work and he  prides himself on the excellent organisation in his restaurant.
