The history of the brand Faianças Artísticas Bordalo Pinheiro Ltd. starts in 1884 when a little ceramics factory was open in Caldas da Rainha by Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro (1846-1905), the most famous Portuguese caricaturist. He derived his insprations from the nature and reinterpreting it created fantastic motives of butterflies, frogs, wine leafs, lilies, bamboos offsets.

The shop offers cups, jugs, pots, vases, bowls, bathroom accessories, etc.
