The way the modern Israeli table looks like can be checked in Nargila Resturant at Twarda Street which entrance is directly opposite the Jewish Theatre main entrance.

The Restuarant offers not only Jewish traditional cuisine but also such dishes as humus (Arabic purée made of chickpea beans), thin (paste made of sesame), falafel, pita, cuscus, kebab. What may seem surprising - all dishes are kosher and Nargila has its Kosher Certificate.
