The schedule of trainings at SOTO involves morning, afternoon and evening classes of aikido, judo, ju-jutsu, karate, ken-jutsu, joga and self-defence for women. The Centre is also a place for educational classes dedicated to culture and tradition of Far East, e.g. origami workshops, Japanese language lessons, Far East games and plays.

The founders of SOTO are Aleksandra and Tomasz Sowińscy, enthusiasts of Japanese martial arts as well as of culture and art, who decided to dedicate themselves to their passion.
The Centre is located in a large, almost five hundred metres hall at Warsaw's neighbourhood of close Wola on the Karolkowa 28 Street. There are two large training rooms with mats, with a total area of about three hundred square metres, a reception, a bar (with drinks, snacks and suhi -  made by the Japanese restaurant INABA) and a stationary store, in which one may obtain the training equipment and books, as well as original Japanese groceries and ceramics.

The coures in SOTO are dedicated for the youngest - children in the kindergarten age (from 4 year old), as well as for their parents, for children in the school age, teenagers and adults.
