The House is a meeting place of friends of Dutch culture who are involved in activities of Polish-Dutch Friendship Association. There are organized meetings with invited guests once a month. The Foundation also runs a library, reading room and videotheque. The founder of the Foundation and its first Head was professor Manfred Lachs.
